On your turn, draw one card from either the open or closed pile. Then discard one card from your hand to the open pile. Your goal is to arrange your 13 cards into valid sequences and sets before your opponents do.
Form Valid Melds
A valid declaration requires at minimum two sequences – one of which must be a pure sequence (no Joker). The remaining cards can form sequences or sets. A pure sequence is three or more consecutive cards of the same suit without Jokers.
Declare and Score
When your hand is complete, press "Declare." Opponents count the points of their unmelded cards. Face cards (J, Q, K, A) carry 10 points each; numbered cards carry face value. Jokers carry 0 points. High point totals hurt you.
Elimination Threshold
In 101 Pool, a player is eliminated once their cumulative score reaches 101 points. In 201 Pool, the threshold is 201. The last player not eliminated wins the entire pool prize minus dowinn's platform fee.
